Fareed Sheik & Co’s humble beginning started in 2008 as a boutique public accounting firm serving the greater Toronto area (GTA)’s small and medium sized businesses and self-employed individuals. Today after more than a decade of presence our firm has left a footprint as a reputed boutique public accounting firm serving over 700+ happy clients assisting in their tax, accounting and auditing needs. We are licensed to practice public accounting by the CPA Ontario and CPA of British Columbia.

Fareed Sheik CPA,CA, LPA
Principal
Fareed Sheik is seasoned accounting professional with over 25 years of experience in tax, accounting and audit lines of practice. He has worked with large accounting firms like Ernst & Young and Deloitte. Fareed Sheik is Chartered Accountant from Canada, US and India. Fareed's area of specialization is internal controls, taxation and client management. Fareed has been leading and directing a team of dedicated and qualified professionals at Fareed Sheik &Co for the past many years to deliver excellent client service. Fareed enjoys outdoor activities like camping, swimming and playing soccer.
Rajeev Acharya
Sr. Manager - Audit and Assurance
A seasoned professionally designated accountant having 10 years experience in audit planning, data analysis, execution, and reporting. Rajeev manages the assurance services of the practice. Rajeev is associated with the firm since 2016. Rajeev is very knowledgeable in accounting and auditing standards, businesses and processes, risk evaluation, mitigation through internal control and process deficiencies. He has Worked in large firms like PwC, KPMG. A good team leader and a strong believer in training and development of skills and talents in new comers to the organization.
Shah Qazi
Asst. Manager - Audit and Assurance
Shah Qazi is with the firm since 2015. He is a diversified accounting professional with over 10 years of experience in Audit, Bookkeeping and Taxation. He has done Bcom and Mcom from the University of Meerut (India) and pursuing a CPA. He holds the Accounting Technician Certificate from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Shah Qazi has strong analytical and communication skills. He is motivated, team player, organized, detailed oriented and proficient in working independently.
Sudha Narasimhan
Manager - Accounting and Bookkeeping Services
Sudha joined the firm in 2017. With a Masters degree in Mathematics, Sudha is a results-orientated accounting personnel with broad experience in a deadline-driven environment. Strong accounting skills, proficient in direct and indirect taxes, proven track record in consistently and effectively delivering accounting services.
Bushra Fathima
Staff Accountant
Bushra Fathima is a graduate of Bachelor of Commerce with honors from York University. She is currently pursuing CPA designation from CPA Ontario. She is involved in many not for profit organization and has been a treasurer for Muslim Students Association of York University for 2 years. Her interest taxation and audit services.
Sidhra Fareed
Payroll and Billing Services- Assistant
Sidhra Fareed graduated from York University with a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Accounting. She is currently pursuing Payroll compliance practitioner (PCP) course from McMaster University. She is currently working as a payroll and billing assistant at the firm. Her interest includes bookkeeping and payroll. Sidhra is a dedicated, organized, and hard-working team player.
Aadil Shahnawaz
Staff Accountant
Aadil Shahnawaz graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce degree from University of Northern BC. He is working as a Staff accountant and has an interest in audit and assurance. He is currently pursuing his CPA designation with CPA Ontario. He Joined the Team of Fareed Sheik from May 2022
Asma Sheerin
Client compliances co-ordinator
Asma Sheerin has completed her Bachelors degree in English Literature and currently pursuing her Masters in English literature. At Fareed Sheik & Co., she is responsible for all the compliances related matters for clients like filing annual returns with ministry and Federal Government. She also maintains client records and data base to ensure they are in compliance. Her interests include reading books, writing blogs and travelling places.
Shreeja Warrier
Audit Senior - Assurance
A qualified Chartered Accountant with critical thinking and problem-solving skills, Shreeja is proficient in the field of Auditing & Assurance, Taxation and Accountancy. Shreeja has been associated with Ernst & Young where she got an opportunity to manage & lead engagements for clients in healthcare, life science and the manufacturing industry. Shreeja also has knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP and various auditing procedures. Her interests include reading novels, singing, and painting.
Mantasha Kafeel Siddiqi
Project Lead - Technical Services
Mantasha Kafeel Siddiqi is an IT professional with a degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from India. She is currently pursuing a Project Management program at Northeastern University. She has a background in software development. She previously worked at Bosch as a Senior Software Engineer, where she received both the Star and Bravo award for her contribution. She has expertise in building Angular and Java applications, among other technologies.
Abdullah Rahil
Payroll and Billing Administrator
Abdulla Rahil, working as Payroll / Billing Administrator, his qualifications include Payroll Compliance Practitioner (PCP) from Canadian Payroll Association and MBA specialized in Accounting & Finance from University of Madras, India. His experiences include but not limited to Canadian Payroll System, Book Keeping and Preparation & Compilation of Financial Statements.
Abdul Rahim
Manager - Client Relations
A results-driven and goal-oriented Business Development Manager, Abdul Rahim has over 20 years of experience in customer relationship and sales management in various sectors and in diverse settings in United Arab Emirates, Qatar and Oman. With unwavering commitment to customer service, Abdul Rahim builds productive relationships, resolves complex issues and earns customer loyalty. His expertise extends to strategic relationship and partnership-building skills—listening attentively, solving problems creatively and using tact and diplomacy to achieve win-win outcomes. He holds Master’s in Business Administration and Advanced Diploma in Sales and Marketing to compliment his work experience. Abdul Rahim enjoys sports and travelling places.
Amreen Fathima
Staff Accountant
Amreen is a passionate accounting student and staff accountant. She has completed a Masters in Finance & HR and is currently studying project management. As a staff accountant, Amreen helps manage bookkeeping tasks, data entry and financial reporting for Fareed Sheik & Co. She looks forward to building upon her skills and knowledge to progress in her profession and one day become a vital asset to the firm.
Syed Ali Waris
Accountant - Corporate Services
Syed Ali Waris is a Graduate in Commerce and has a certification in finance and accounting essentials. He has 10+ years experience in finance and accounting for multiple clients across Europe and India. At Fareed Sheik & Co he dedicatedly handles Corporate client accounts with their monthly and quarterly financial reporting.
Moncef Baalouche
Associate - Assurance Services
Moncef is a Chartered Professional Accountant and Certified General Accountant (CPA, CGA) from CPA Ontario and holds a University degree (B.A) in Management Accounting. Moncef is fluent in French, English, Arabic and is able to serve clients in either language. Moncef has over 15 years of experience in the accounting sector working in a great variety of industries including hospitality, health care and professional corporations. He has worked with companies
ranging from small to large. He is comfortable providing tax, year-end financials, and controller services. Away from work, Moncef enjoys staying active, playing soccer and cycling.
